Anyone who wants to work as a first responder in a high-risk or low-risk setting should take the First Aid at Work course. A building site or warehouse are examples of high-risk work environments since they have a higher chance of experiencing accidents and First Aid emergencies. The programme complies with Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations to qualify students to work as First Aiders in either high- or low-risk workplace settings.
If you work in a low-risk location like an office, we advise taking the Emergency First Aid at Work course, a one-day course that covers the fundamentals of first aid,
To ensure that you develop into a proficient First Aider, you will be taught through a range of teaching techniques, including real-life scenario scenarios and movies. On the first and third days of the course, a multiple-choice test will be administered.
All successful delegates will get certification after finishing the First Aid at Work course that complies with the Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations to be a First Aider in a low-risk workplace.
